2023 CIF State Swimming Championships
American Boys Varsity Team Placed 14th at CIF State Championships
Congratulations to the Varsity boys swim team for making it to state finals in all their events. They are among the top 1% of swimmers in California.
Edward Huang medaled 3rd place in 100 yards backstroke and 13th for 100 yards butterfly. The relay team of Ryin Ruaboro, Donavan Tse, Edward Huang, and Ray Cillo with alternate Alexander Torjyan made the finals on Sat. They placed 9th in the 200-yard Medley relay and 15th in the 200-yard freestyle relay. The American varsity boys swim team is ranked 14th in California and was the only MVAL school to medal in the CIF state swimming championships.
